I asked my friend Robin what she wanted for her birthday, and she requested a gluten-free chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting. Here's the recipe I used, and it turned out amazingly delicious. It's a denser, moist chocolate cake, and so very yummy. Because I've been making gluten-free bread for Robin, I had all of the ingredients already except the buttermilk, so that made me happy. :) It was so good, I couldn't tell it was gluten-free, and would make it again whether it was for a gluten-sensitive crowd or not.
