Low-carb Strawberries and Cream Popsicles

1/2 cup 2% fat greek yogurt, plain, unsweetened (I used Fage)
1/2 cup half and half
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
16 drops NuNaturals stevia extract with vanilla (or your sweetener of choice + 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract)
6 "shakes" of NuNaturals stevia powder (on the smallest holes) (or your sweetener of choice)
Blend all ingredients in a bullet blender. Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze a few hours until solid. Makes 5 servings (my popsicle molds hold four servings, so I drank the rest of the yummy concoction).
Yum yum!
