The Easiest Cookies Ever (chocolate or lemon)

1 stick of butter (1/2 cup) melted (but not heated so much that it separates)
2 eggs, beaten
1 box of chocolate cake mix (Betty Crocker Super Moist works really well)
1 small box of chocolate instant pudding mix
sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the ingredients. Roll dough into one-inch balls. Roll balls of dough in sugar. Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes.

Works well with lemon cake mix & lemon pudding, but to add extra zing, sprinkle some unsweetened Kool-Aid lemonade mix into the rolling sugar as well.

These cookies are yummy and soft and chewy, and kind of addictive.
