Low-Carb Scones -- to try later

INGREDIENTS
2 ½ cups (250g) blanched almond flour
2 tablespoons (14g) coconut flour
2 tablespoons (25g) granulated erythritol
2 teaspoons (8g) baking powder
½ teaspoon (2g) baking soda
1 large beaten egg
¼ cup (60g) melted salted butter
½ cup (140g) plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
